Sunshine Building Maintenance was founded in October 1979 in Lakewood, Colorado, and has operated continuously under family ownership ever since. Today, my brother Kris and I lead the company our father Steve built. Over 45 years, we have served clients including CommonSpirit Health, AdventHealth, Vitalant, and Lexmark. The reason those relationships have held is not just good cleaning. It is the systems, the people, and the accountability built into every program we run.
